How paying your landlord by GCash QR works on Nest

Nest does not charge fees and never touches your money. You pay your landlord directly with their GCash QR, and Nest keeps a clear record of every payment so nobody has to argue about who paid what.

Step by step

• •Your application is approved and you sign the lease online.
• •You scan the landlord’s GCash QR in the app and pay the move-in amount.
• •You tap “I’ve paid” and add the GCash reference number (and a screenshot if you like).
• •The landlord checks their GCash and taps “Confirm received”.
• •You both get an e-receipt by email and in the app. Monthly rent works the same way.

What if the landlord says it didn’t arrive?

The landlord can tap “Not received” and give a reason. You will see it straight away, so you can check the reference number and try again, or message them in the app. Keep your GCash receipt until the landlord confirms.
