For renters

Apply in minutes,
move in with confidence.

Applying on Nest is free. Here is everything that happens between finding a place and getting your keys.

Step by step

From listing to keys

  1. 01

    Find a place you love

Browse listings or search the map by city and barangay. Watch the room-by-room video tour so you know exactly what you are getting before you visit.
    Browse listings
  2. 02

    Pick an available move-in date

Every listing has an availability calendar. Green days are open, grey days are blocked by the landlord. You can only choose a date the landlord can actually accommodate.
  3. 03

    Fill in the five-step application

Your details, a little about you (work and income), your rental history, supporting documents, then a final review. Your documents go to a private, access-controlled folder that only the landlord of that listing can open.
  4. 04

    Chat with the landlord

You get a notification when the landlord reviews your application. Ask questions or arrange a viewing in the in-app chat, so your phone number stays private until you choose to share it.
  5. 05

    Sign your lease online

Once approved, the landlord sends a digital lease. Read every clause, then sign with a one-time code sent to your email. You both get the signed PDF.
  6. 06

    Pay your landlord directly

Once you have both signed, scan your landlord’s GCash QR in the app to pay your advance and deposit, then add the reference number. When the landlord confirms it arrived, you both get an e-receipt. No Nest fees.
